rodarte for target

In what may be the diffusion line to end all diffusion lines, target has teamed with the sister team from Rodarte for its Go International line this winter.  Women's Wear Daily reported the news and the best part is it is going to be 55 pieces, available 12/20 and the highest price item a leopard print jacket will be $79.99

If you recall I picked their boots out as one of my top 3 for fall 09 HERE and Miley is featured in them for the Aug 2009 issue of Elle

What do you think?  Can the avant garde style and unique vision be diffused into a low priced target line?  Undoubtedly there will be those that are going to complain about it being watered down for the masses, but I will take a little water with my Rodarte if I have to I think.

I'm hoping that it will be a great line. I love Rodarte and I'm hoping that their look will cross-over to the commercial masses very well without losing the effect. I'll be waiting for the pics!
